Detox Diet

Detox Diets are popular and trendy yet there is no conclusive supporting evidence to whether they actually work or not.
They do of course help you lose weight but the majority of this weight loss is water. This is because the diet requires you
to cut just about everything out of your diet except fruit and vegetables. This means your calorie intake would be dramatically low. Your body will also try and store any food that comes in as it will kick into survival mode due to lack of
energy calories. This of course means that once the diet is finished, all the weight will return if not more as the body will store all the fats incase your body starves itself again.

Detox diets that require you to just drink juices or a lemon juice mixture can have harmful effects on the body such as: dizziness, light headedness, feeling faint and tired and nausea as well as decreasing immune system capacity. This is all because you are using a lot more energy then you are eating and your body simply cannot function normally on so little energy.

However, like most diets, detoxing has its place. It is a good way to remove toxins from your body, such as anesthetics and other heavy metals that can be stored in the cells. Detoxing cannot be done for large amounts of time and you won’t feel very good when you are doing it. The trick is the reintroduction of a normal diet. If this is done in the correct way, a detox can be effective. However, it is not a long term option for weight control.

Try using a vitality pack of natural vitamins such as Tre-en-en (a whole grain supplement), Phytodefense (to aid in immune system effectiveness) and Omega 3 (for increased neural efficiency and lubrication of joints). This is a lot healthier than a detox diet as the effects will be long term, your body will feel more energised, your concentration and staminer will improve and the list goes on.

Tre-en-en

Tre-en-en is a wholegrain concentrate developed as support for healthy cellular uptake of nutrients and and cellular export of waste
and metabolites. In layman terms, it makes the cell wall permeable so that nutrients can get in and waste can get out. With our modern diets, our bodies are not able to fully absorb the vitamins in our body even if they are readily available. Our cells need a supplement like Tre-en-en to improve the uptake of nutrients into the cell and the export of waste out of our cells. If you were to take one natural supplement, this should be it.

Phytodefense

This food supplement is rich in carotenoids, flavonoids, and cruciferous compounds because it has the nutrients of 25 carefully chosen fruit and vegetables combined to provide 6 optimal servings of fruit and vegetables. The Carotenoid complex is for antioxidant support and lipid portions of the cells. The Flavonoid complex provide antioxidant support for the watery portions inside and around the cells. Cruciferous provides nutrients that work with naturally-occuring hormones to promote healthy tissue growth.100% natural. All phytonutrients derived from whole food concentrates and extracts. No artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, or sweeteners.

Omega 3

Omega 3 supports the function of our optimal organs. This includes our brain, eyes, skin, joints, blood vessels and nerves. We should be consuming omega 3 atleast 3 times a week whereas the general population is lucky if they get one serving.GNLD omega 3 derives from the freshest Salmon in the North Atlantic where pesticides and heavy metals are dramatically reduced.
